Frontline Supervisor

Frontline Supervisor Training (FST) is a course developed by the Air Force to prepare supervisors to identify and intervene with Airmen at risk for suicide, utilizing the PRESS (Prepare, Recognize, Engage, Send, and Sustain) model. Supplemental materials are provided below.
